CALA Homes' Demolition of Telephone House

Residents find it difficult to understand why they were informed of a Demolition Notice under Building Act 1984 Section 81.
The Demolition Notice does not contain any conditions or recommendations the Inspector set out in his appeal decision in July 2001.
