Dear Mr Arthur
Thank you for your notification of the demolition of Telephone House.
To me it seems that your letter does not contain enough information to make a fair judgment.
I specifically refer to para (g) [To take such steps relating to the conditions ...] and wish to know what these conditions are.
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Yours sincerely
Robert Soden

Dear Mr Arthur
Thank you for your reply of 28 May regarding the demolition of Telephone House.
I am like my neighbours not an expert in interpreting townhall bureaucracy.
Nevertheless I am concerned about the ongoing at the Telephone House. You advise me that all conditions are contained in your letter to the developer.
What happens to the conditions and or recommendations the Inspector set out in his appeal decision?
I heard that no Method Statement has been filed by CALA Homes - On what ground was your notification made?
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Yours sincerely
Robert Soden
