The Trees in York Road between Trinity House and No. 27 York Road, Tunbridge Wells


The group consists of:
4 Sorbus Aria (White Beam)
3 Acer Platanoides Atropureum (Maple)
3 Juglans (Walnut)

The trees are now a prominent feature of York Road.
Any developer should have to integrate them into his plans !


In 2000: Crest Nicholson did not care.

- 3 years later: CALA Homes had the majority of trees felled on 27 January 2003, with the rest to follow when construction will start.



Once planted with an eye to the future, the row of trees grew over time into a perfect natural screen.
