PROPOSAL: Submission of Scheme of Works details pursuant to condition 15 (Inspector's Appeal Decision 1 July 2001) of TW/00/01474 (planning application for Development of Telephone House site, July 2000 - refused 18 October 2000)
LOCATION: Telephone House Church Road Royal Tunbridge Wells TN1 1JP

I refer to my recent letter regarding the above mentioned appeal (23 December 2002 - Notification of Appeal lodged by CALA Homes against the refusal of 2nd Scheme of Works).

The appellant has now withdrawn this appeal, and as a result, no furhter action will be taken. Whilst writing I confirm that the THIRD proposed Scheme of Works reference TW/02/02801 has been approved.

09.10.2002 - CALA HOMES' Revised (SECOND) Scheme of Works for the Demolition and Construction of Telephone House site, Royal Tunbridge Wells
The 1st scheme was refused on 9 September 2002. During the time residents filed their objections to the revision with TWBC, CALA Homes filed an appeal against refusal of the 1st/original scheme with the Planning Inspectorate.

Is CALA Homes really going ahead with THAT scheme?
