CALA Homes' contractor Wooldridge Haulage and Demolition - breaking through the East Wing

Scaffolding with the protective monoflex sheeting is already taken off as the height of the East Wing comes partially down.

The Scheme of Works states:
"Where scaffolding is erected around (!) the building, monaflex sheeting will be added to help control dust and other emissions. ....
The use of protective monaflex sheeting on the scaffolding will contain and minimise dust escaping from the site."
In view of this statement, please note that scaffolding is only on the left and right sides of the building. Note as well the state of the monaflex.
