The Scheme of Works states:
During the internal strip out (the removal of internal fixtures and fittings), all windows will remain sealed and taped up and any broken windows will be re-sealed and taped to contain dust within the building. There will be intermittent sprinkling of water as required to dampen down dust to reduce further the chances of dust escaping the confines of the building and hence the site.
