Telephone House Development - Rights of Light
We understand that the NatWest tenants, GLEEDS Construction Consultants, Quantity and Building Surveyors, Cost Engineers, Planning Supervisors and Project Managers, have not informed you of the above issue and have not as yet become involved in the matter of the rights of light with respect to the redevelopment of Telephone House and the resultant infringement of NatWest’s and their tenant’s right of light.
The Telephone House Neighbours Association intends to seek to protect the residents’ rights of light and for this reason we wish to enquire if you are prepared to do the same for NatWest. You will be aware that the land of Trinity House shares a boundary with the Telephone House site.
You will find complete details of the Telephone House development on our internet site : http://uk.geocities/telephonehouse
Of special interest to you will be http://uk.geocities/telephonehouse/shadowdiagram.html where you will find the shadow diagrams submitted by the appellant, which formed part of their ( Crest Nicholson / Southgate Developments [BT] ) planning application. You will see for yourself that they are incorrect with regard to loss of daylight and sunlight, overlooking and overshadowing.
We look forward to hearing from you.
