NOTIFICATION OF DETAILS SUBMITTED PURSUANT TO A CONDITION OF PLANNING CONSENT
I am writing to you to explain the current situation regarding submissions for a Scheme of Works pursuant to Condition 15 of the development of this site allowed on appeal.
A copy of the latest submission, reference TW/02/02801 can be viewed at the Planning Reception, Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells TN1 1RS, during normal office hours, which are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please remember to make a note of the application reference number and quote it when you contact us. This will enable us to help you more efficiently.
If you would like to make a comment about the latest submissions, this must be done in writing within 21 days of the date of this letter. More detailed information about commenting on applications is contained in the enclosed leaflet "Making Your Opinions Count". Your letter will be placed on a public file which may be made available to the applicant or any other interested party and you will also be notified of the decision.
The majority of applications are decided by the Head of Planning and Building Control Services. However, some applications are decided by an Area Planning Committee made up of Councillors. You can contact the case officer dealing with this application to find out who will make the final decision and, in the case of a Committee Decision, the date the application is likely to be considered. If this application is dealt with by an Area Planning Committee, you have the opportunity to attend the meeting to put your views directly to the Councillors. Full details of the procedure involved are contained in a leaflet entitled "Your Right to Speak at Planning Meetings" which is available on request from this office.
If you are the tenant of your property, I would be grateful if you would forward this letter to the owner as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully
Nigel Eveleigh
Head of Planning & Building Control Services
