Dear Sir,

Re: Telephone House Church Road / York Road

With reference to your letter of 18th January 2001 in reply to mine of 4th January that year, as you "suspected that the site would remain vacant for a further 6 months", you promised "we will do all that we can to ensure that the site is kept in a safe and tidy condition."

Unfortunately a year has passed and the site left to deteriorate still further.
Would you, therefore, be prepared to supply those of us nearest the area, with written permission to enter the former car-park, and clear it as best we can?
