The attitude of BT, the owners of the site towards their environment and neighbours, shows best on these photos. (22.12.00)
Under these circumstances it is difficult to convince neighbours, that apart from "pulling a fast one" there is much interest in the community.



Urban White Paper § 4.33.:

"Where brownfield land and empty properties are not redeveloped or reoccupied quickly they become, not wasted resource, but a problem for the whole community."
