Archie Norman meets the Telephone House Neighbours
Discussion about the impact of Crest Nicholson's planning application on the amenities of York Road / Church Road and the Tunbridge Wells town centre.



On 1 March 20001 Archie Norman met residents and listened to their concerns.
He issued a press release and made clear that he too finds the proposed redevelopment unacceptable.




On 9 March 2001 Archie Norman was shown to the site by residents.
He realised that residents foresee the new development as being even worse than what looks so monstrous in the rear of this picture:
