The objection to the Local Plan Review, 2nd Deposit Copy - December 2002
Policy H6(a) allocated for Telephone House site, Tunbridge Wells
5 November 2002 - Tony Fullwood, Head of Strategy and Development, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council wrote:
Comment on the Second Deposit must be received in writing betwen 8 November 2002 and midnight on 20 December 2002.
At this stage it is only possible to support or object to the revisions to the Plan. No comments can be accepted at this stage on those parts of the Plan which remain unchanged nor can objections be made on the basis of omissions to the proposals. Those objections should have been made at the initial deposit stage. Outstanding objections made during the First Depost period [ September 2001 ] will automatically be carried forward to public inquiry.
The public inquiry to discuss all outstanding objections to the Plan will be held during 2003.
3 Please state fully and clearly the reasons you are objecting or supporting part of the Plan, using a continuation sheet if necessary 18 December 2002
|
4. If objecting to a policy or proposal, please indicate what change you are seeking to the Plan which could resolve your objection. The ground for Policy H6(a) to be deleted is that the size of the site falls below 0.4 hectares
- Therefore no policy ought to have been allocated to this site in the first place! |
We wish to appear at the Public Local Inquiry.
