Despite his judgement that the Inspector did break the relevant procedure rules in dealing with policy H6(a) he considers that this is not sufficient to justify an appeal to the High Court with any reasonable prospect of success. Unfortunately it is in your hands to decide whether or not you seek independent legal advice.

I would be grateful if you could keep me informed of any developments.
