• 21 October 2002 - I (John Allan) can confirm that we have instructed Schatanouski Brooks [read: Schatunowski Brooks] to liase with Mr Ney of McBains Cooper over the issues pertaining to Mrs P Lobo's property at 40 York Road. We had some preliminary advice from Schatanouski Brooks [read: Schatunowski Brooks] when this matter was first discussed but nevertheless I shall now seek confirmation and clarification that the issues raised by yourself (Annemarie Topliss) and Mrs Lobo are either correct or incorrect.

• 6 September 2002 - I (Arthur Mann) would be grateful if you (Ian Absolon, Schatunowski Brooks, Chartered Building Surveyors, London) could commence discussions with Mr Nay [read: Mr Ney](McBains Cooper, London) so that the matter may be brought to a swift conclusion.

• 10 June 2002 - I (Arthur Mann) have now asked Shatanouski Brooks [read: Schatunowski Brooks]to reply to the claims raised by yourself in respect of to the legitimacy of the Sunlight and Daylight Report prepaired by them.

• 7 June 2002 - Potential of (actual) Loss of Light.
  THNA Q: "You were seeking clarification from Schatunowski Brooks. Have you got this clarification yet?" - CALA A: WE ARE IN DISCUSSIONS AND I (Arthur Mann) SHALL CHECK WITH OUR TECHNICAL TEAM TO REQUEST AN UPDATE.

• 22 April 2002 - Potential Loss of Light.
  I (Arthur Mann) note what you say in respect of the perceived reduction in privacy that has until now been enjoyed by some residents along York Road, and further your concerns over the Rights of Light Report prepared by Schatunowski Brookes [read: Schatunowski Brooks] as part of the Appeal submission made by the former owner, Crest Homes. Whilst my initial reaction is that everything will be to order, I am nevertheless seeking to discuss the matter with Schatunowski Brookes [read: Schatunowski Brooks] so that all our minds may be put to rest. We ourselves have used Schatunowski Brookes [read: Schatunowski Brooks] in the past and I would have thought it largely remiss of their professional competence to do anything but to prepare a true and proper report for this site.
