Dear Mrs Lobo
Telephone House
Thank you for your letter dated 24 May.
I regret to inform you that I am unable to give you legal advice concerning your rights and options open to you. You must seek such advice from your own solicitor. You will understand that my role is to advise the Council and there would be a conflict of interest, among other matters, which would prevent me advising more than one party at the time.
If you do not have your own solicitor you may like to speak to the Citizens Advice Bureau in the first instance to see whether they have someone available to give you some intitial advice. I regret that I cannot be of more assistance.
Yours sincerely
Martin HARRIS
