RE: TELEPHONE HOUSE, TUNBRIDGE WELLS

I refer to our telephone conversation regarding the above and confirm that during our ownership of the site we took nothing from the building.
[Crest Nicholson aquired Telephone House from British Telecom in November 2001 and sold Telephone House to CALA Homes in April 2002.]

There was an unauthorised skip located on the skip which was filled with rubbish, presumably from adjoining properties, and we had to find the owner of the skip to take this away on securing the site.

Since we did not start works on the site, we did not start a Health & Safety file. I wish you well in the progress of this site.
