Dear Ms Topliss
TELEPHONE HOUSE DEVELOPMENT
Thank you for your letter of the 8 July and I have seen Mr Haynes' letter of the 13 July which I do not consider to be either unsatisfactory or arrogant.
I have also considered further your letter of the 6 June and while a considerable amount of work has been put into finding answers to your queries, I really see little point in providing you with the information as it is quite clear that the Committee is in a mindset that they are entirely right and the Council's officers are entirely wrong.
I do not feel that providing the information that you have requested will do anything to progress the matter.
In any event the Inspector has now made his decision which is likely to be extremely expensive to the Borough Council and I do not take the view that a further dialogue on these now historic issues is in the Council's interest or indeed that of the residents
Yours sincerely
Rodney Stone
Chief Executive
