Arthur Mann, Planning Director, CALA Homes South,
07.06.02
Dear Arthur,
The purpose of this e-mail is to follow up on some outstanding issues that we raised in our letter sent to you dated 30th April.
We haven't had a reply from you yet. Did you get our letter?
The specific points we raised in this letter were as follows:
What are your precise plans concerning demolition?
Have these been finalised yet?
In relation to the Health and Safety Plan incorporating Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
What status is this at now?
Has the plan now been altered and the Method of Works been changed? (It appears you will be starting on the north side of the site so pushing demolition traffic through York Road. You said when we met you would avoid this happening?)
Potential of (actual) Loss of Light.
You were seeking clarification from Schatunowski Brooks. Have you got this clarification yet?
When we met, Councillor Roy Bullock offered to arrange a meeting between you, local residents, Councillors and Council officers in order that compromise could be achieved where appropriate.
Is this an offer you no longer want to take up?
Arthur, it's been 5 weeks since this letter was sent to you. I would appreciate your responses to these questions at your earliest possible convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Peter Morse.
