NOTIFICATION OF APPEAL LODGED WITH THE DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT GOVERNMENT AND THE REGIONS
PLANNING APPLICATION NUMBER: TW/02/01710/SUB/RCC
PROPOSAL: Submission of scheme of work details in accordance with condition 15 of TW/00/01474

Following the decision of the Council to refuse permission for the above application Cala Homes (South) Limited has lodged an appeal with the Secretary of State.
The application was refused for the following reasons:-
Please note that this is an appeal against refusal of the original proposed Scheme of Works, refused 9th September 2002 under reference TW/02/01710.
The revised proposed Scheme of Works. reference TW/02/02409 is still being considered by the Borough Council.
The appeal is to be decided by an Informal Hearing, which you may attend, and take part in at the Inspector's discretion. You will be notified of the arrangements at a later date. If you are a disabled person and are concerned about special facilities being available, can you please contact the Council to confirm that proper provisions are in place.
Any comments which you may already have made in relation to application reference TW/02/01710 will be copied and forwarded on the Planning Inspectorate and the Appellant) and will be taken into consideration by the Inspector in deciding the appeal.
