Dear Mr Haynes,

Thank you for your prompt reaction to a copy of a letter to Southgate Developments (31st January 2002). Unfortunately I received no reply to my e-mail of the 7th February 2002 regarding hazardous material used in the building of Telephone House which would have a serous impact on the area during demolition.

Having received no reply from you, or Southgate Developments, regarding this matter, I attach a copy of a further letter to them.
